Sharon is solution-oriented and focused on helping me achieve the goals that I articulated during my in-take. I have a tendency to stray off topic or answer more than the initial question and Sharon is really good at guiding me back to where we need to focus. I appreciate Sharon’s ability to take complex emotions and break them down into bite-sized pieces that help me better uncover root causes.
