Hi! It is my pleasure to meet with you where you are with compassionate and affirming support to help you let go of what is not serving you and create a life of meaning, connection, and holistic well-being. My diverse clinical experience in community mental health clinics where I have worked with youth and adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, traumatic experiences, and crises, will be utilized to help. I take a systemic approach to help clients develop coping skills and problem-solving.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be an intake where I will gather biological, mental health, and social history.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths-based approach will highlight your own strengths that are observed from our sessions and used to help you move from problem to solution talk.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, identity stress, relationship challenges, or the pressure of trying to succeed while feeling emotionally overwhelmed. I am especially drawn to working with clients from immigrant, Asian American, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other underrepresented communities who may be carrying guilt, shame, family expectations, trauma, or the feeling of being misunderstood. My ideal client may be high-functioning on the outside but internally struggling with confidence, boundaries, emotional regulation, or feeling “stuck.” I enjoy working with clients who are open to reflection, want practical tools, and are ready to build a stronger sense of self while still being met with warmth, cultural humility, and real support.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is one of my primary treatment approaches. I use SFBT to help clients identify strengths, resources, and coping skills that may already be present but underrecognized. My role is to collaborate with clients in exploring alternative solutions, clarifying goals, and building on what is already working. I take a curious, respectful, and client-centered approach, recognizing clients as the experts of their own experiences while supporting them in developing practical steps toward meaningful change.
