Brainspotting
Trauma affects us all in different ways. It exists as part of a spectrum; and can involve a variety of circumstances and experiences, or a single terrifying event. Thankfully, there’s recourse for those who have gone through it – you can do something about it. Yes! If you’ve suffered from a traumatic incident, there’s hope. With the right treatment you will get through it.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Rather than trying to eliminate or "fix" wounded parts within, IFS therapy encourages individuals to approach their parts with love, compassion, and curiosity. This means witnessing and validating the pain, fears, and challenges these parts carry, and treating them with the same kindness and understanding you would offer to a friend.
