On our first zoom, my husband and I were very pleased that Joe was able to understand our needs completely.  He immediately talked to us with words of encouragement that made us feel better and we know that continuing with him will definitely help us. 

Therapy with Joseph is helpful and collaborative. It's a natural conversation that helps me work through my concerns. I never feel like he is talking down to me or that he is placating me. I always feel like I have a better understanding of my situation and my feelings after talking to him.

He was **physically** there, but I could tell that he wasn't really 'present'
