I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed therapist specializing in individuals and couples therapy, offering telehealth services across Massachusetts, Florida, Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Georgia.

I'm passionate about helping people navigate relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth with authenticity and compassion.

With a multicultural background and a flexible, evidence-based approach, I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and reconnect. I'm passionate about helping people navigate relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth with authenticity and compassion.

First session

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what challenges you're currently facing, and what goals you’d like to work toward—whether as a couple or individually. We'll explore your relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and any specific concerns you want to address. This initial conversation also gives you a chance to ask questions, learn about my approach, and see if we're a good fit. Most importantly, my goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.

Strengths

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create a safe, culturally sensitive, and inclusive space where clients feel truly seen and heard—whether in English or Spanish. I take an eclectic, personalized approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based methods to meet your unique needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. My multicultural background allows me to understand and honor diverse perspectives, while my calm, grounded presence helps clients feel supported even when navigating difficult emotions or conversations. I’m deeply committed to helping you move from disconnection to clarity, from struggle to growth—at your own pace and in a way that feels authentic to you.

Ideal clients

I work best with individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed in their relationships or personal lives, yet are open and motivated to create meaningful change. My ideal clients may be navigating communication challenges, emotional distance, life transitions, or cultural identity concerns. They value a collaborative, respectful space where they can explore their experiences with honesty and curiosity. Whether you're seeking to strengthen your relationship, heal from past wounds, or grow personally, I’m here to support you with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based care.

Treatment methods

Eclectic

I embrace an eclectic approach to counseling, which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to best meet your unique needs. Rather than relying on a single theory or technique, Iintegrate elements from multiple evidence-based practices—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and others—to create a flexible, personalized treatment plan. This approach recognizes that no single method works for everyone, and it allows us to adapt to your goals, personality, background, and the challenges you're facing. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, the eclectic method allows for a collaborative and responsive counseling experience that evolves with you. My goal is to provide holistic, practical, and client-centered support that helps you grow, heal, and thrive.
