I hope to make this experience productive, communicative, flexible, and personable so that we can help you achieve your goals with time and patience. For clients who may need to be referred out, I provide referrals as needed.

I aim to help you find solutions for life's challenges through supportive and relational therapy, cognitive reframing and replacing, acceptance towards things outside of our control, gottman therapy strategies, and encouragement of self-soothing methods.
