I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, anger, communication issues, and healing from past hurts. I treat from a wholistic perspective - physical, emotional, and spiritual. I focus on developing healthy skills to problem solve and manage life's challenges.

I enjoy and have experience helping clients form secure attachments and improve their relationships.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I enjoy helping people identify and heal the sub-personalities, or "parts", that make up their mental system. The goal is to live out of the true self.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Working with individual who have anxiety, helping them to use realistic thinking. Staying current and grounded in today.
Couples Counseling
Experience with helping couples with their struggles. Often using Gottman methods.
