Hi! My name is Erin and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California providing therapy to teenagers and adults. I have worked with all age groups and spent 5 years working with children and families in foster care, reunification, and adoption. I have experience in helping children and adults heal from trauma and cope with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and additional mental health issues. I am open to feedback, adjusting aspects of my approach to fit your needs, and offer a variety of strategies and resources.
