Hi! I'm Tiara Neal, a diverse and dedicated psychotherapist! I pride myself on meeting clients exactly where they are and embarking on their transformative journeys alongside them. I like to think of and explain therapy as not me “fixing” anyone, but two people meeting and sharing ideas to analyze the puzzle pieces and empower clients to complete the puzzle on their own with the new found knowledge they gain in session.
An intake session with me typically looks like an introduction followed by a series of questions to gather background information and history about you, including the reason you are seeking services.
With years of experience in advocacy, mental health, and case management, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. I work with individuals of all ages, providing support for children, teens, and adults alike.
I believe clients are a case by case basis. I have experience in treating children and adolescents ages 5-18 as well as adults covering a variety of areas such as self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships and life transitions. Clients should be ready to engage in therapy and appreciate a direct approach. Client's who appreciate an unbiased perspective overall.
