Losing someone you love creates a new normal that is feels impossible to navigating life without them . I can help you figure out how to find the way to navigate the pain, loneliness, grief, fear and sadness and all the emotions in between . Additionally, I work with people who have lost a family pet I understand that pets are in integral part of people’s lives and family and often have nowhere they feel safe to grieve their pet .
