Did you know that geese take turns leading to maintain a steady flight? Therapy works much the same way as we navigate the path forward together. As an experienced social worker, I welcome adults of all ages, backgrounds and identities.

Relational therapy that honors the whole picture of your life, through every stage of adulthood.

I guide clients through life's transitions and anxieties, focusing on neurodivergence and disabilities, caregiving and parenting, relationships, aging, and grief and loss. Together, we will chart a course toward your goals while exploring the broader forces shaping your life. I am by your side to help you spread your wings and embrace new possibilities. Let's get you heading in the direction you envision.

Strengths

As a social worker of 25+ years and within my blended family, I've supported Coloradans in times of change through my nonprofit, school, and college roles. I draw from therapy approaches based on your unique mental health journey. We explore why you came to therapy and decide how best to support your progress. We examine how experiences, thoughts, and systemic factors affect your emotions, relationships and daily life, finding opportunities for change and reframing. I offer sessions virtually, in-office, or outdoors on our nonprofit organization's five lovely acres, with therapy animals available upon request.

Ideal clients

From Gen Z to the Greatest Generation, you are welcome in my practice. I honor, respect, and have many years of experience working with people of various backgrounds and identities. As a Clinical Social Worker, my therapeutic framework begins with where you are, within the context of your unique relationships and larger environmental influences. Whether you are newcomer to or a veteran of therapy, we determine together how our sessions can best support you and your goals.

Treatment methods

Integrative

The safety of our therapeutic relationship is the foundation for your growth. My relational, tailored approach explores thought and behavior patterns by drawing upon theories such as interpersonal, narrative, empowerment and systems. We will honor the fact that you do not live in isolation, examining how your unique environment, family experiences, and broader social systems shape your life. Taking this holistic view ensures our work is deeply relevant to the actual, daily reality of your life.
