About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in the state of Illinois. I have been in the counseling field since 2009 and I have worked with a variety of people throughout those years. I got my Master's in Counseling in 2014. I prefer to work with adults who are experiencing anxiety or depression or couples who are struggling with communication between the two of them.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
We will start with an introduction of each other and then I will let you tell me about what brings you to counseling. This is your opportunity to let me know what is going on with you and what you feel is important for me to know about you. I will ask questions and comment as necessary but the main focus of this session will be on you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am very warm and I do my best to make you feel comfortable opening up about what all you are going through. I do my best to help you see different sides of what you experience and find solutions to those problems.
