I blend humor with evidence-based practices. My focus is on helping people overcome obstacles that impact how they feel about themselves. To enhance their quality of life. I am down to earth and holistic in my approach. My main approach is CBT which is evidence-based therapy approach that helps a person recognize how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact the way we feel and act. We can use that knowledge to recognize patterns which will help to change your life in a positive way. When you are ready to leave your stress and discomfort behind, I am prepared to help you. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I believe our thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact how we interact with ourselves and our environment. My approach is strength based. You can change a negative to a positive. You can understand what you have control over to enhance the quality of your life.

Attachment-based

I have worked with individuals across the life span. My background is using CBT to help with anxiety reduction, depression and trauma. Understanding how we think, feel and behave are connected. CBT is evidence based and effective in creating long term positive change. It helps with reduction of negative thinking that often increases depression and anxiety.
