My own path has taken me through a wide range of experiences, and that's given me a real appreciation for how differently people move through the world. I bring that understanding into sessions — I'm not here to assume I know your story, I'm here to listen to it and help you make sense of it. use a blend of approaches so we can find what actually works for you rather than a one-size-fits-all plan. Some sessions might focus on practical coping skills, others on deeper patterns, and others on reconnecting with your body's signals.

An ideal client would be someone who is hurting and needs help to heal. They would be willing to show up to sessions, put in the work in session and out of session to heal and improve themselves. They would be able to explore and experience both light and dark emotions that led them to seek therapy. They would allow me to be a partner and guide on their journey to better themselves.
