About me

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you do not have to navigate it alone. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. In our work together, we will explore what has been weighing on you, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, helping you move toward healing, clarity, and meaningful change at a pace that feels safe for you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building comfort and trust. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to feel or change. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and at ease as we begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring warmth, compassion, and a calm, nonjudgmental presence to each session. I strive to help clients feel safe, heard, and supported while also offering practical tools to help them better understand themselves, manage challenges, and move toward meaningful change. My strengths include building trust, meeting clients where they are, and helping them recognize the strengths they already carry.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, build coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward healing and change. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or life transitions and are seeking a supportive space to feel heard, grounded, and empowered. You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure of how to move forward. In our work together, we’ll explore what has been weighing on you, identify your strengths, and create practical tools that support your growth. My goal is to help you move at a pace that feels safe, meaningful, and manageable.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

When using ACT, I help clients notice difficult thoughts and emotions with more compassion, rather than trying to fight or avoid them. Together, we’ll explore your values, what feels meaningful to you, and the small actions you can take toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With CBT, we’ll explore how your thoughts can impact the way you feel and respond to life’s challenges. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, practice new coping tools, and work toward small, meaningful changes that help you feel more balanced, supported, and empowered.

EMDR

With EMDR, we’ll work at your pace to support healing from distressing or traumatic experiences. Before processing difficult memories, we’ll focus on helping you feel safe, grounded, and prepared. My goal is to support you in reducing the emotional weight of the past so you can move forward with more clarity and peace.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

With Solution-Focused Therapy, we’ll focus on your strengths, goals, and the small steps that can help you move forward. Together, we’ll explore what is already working, build on your progress, and identify practical ways to create meaningful change that feels manageable and hopeful.

Motivational Interviewing

With Motivational Interviewing, we’ll explore your goals, values, and readiness for change in a supportive and nonjudgmental way. Together, we’ll work through uncertainty, strengthen motivation, and identify steps that feel realistic, meaningful, and aligned with the life you want to create
