First session
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. I want you to tell me as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. This is your time and I appreciate the opportunity to meet with you.

Ideal clients
Grief, depression, and anxiety are a perfect storm for a complex life. But they don't have to be. We'll create a plan to face these challenges head on using a strengths based approach and recognizing that life can change, if you want it to. Our time together belongs to you. I want you to feel comfortable expressing yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
