Teresa always gives me realistic advice in a warm and gentle way. Her analysis of what is going on in my life feels genuine and direct, but never harsh. She works intentionally to establish rapport and maintain it. She gives me space to express everything I have going on and cares enough to recall events/ information at a later time if I'm not ready to confront it right away. As a client, it is obvious to me that providing a safe environment feels like a priority to her.
