If life feels overwhelming right now, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re dealing with a lot of change, carrying stress that never really lets up, or trying to get through something hard like loss, anxiety, or ongoing health issues. Sometimes it helps to have a place where you can talk honestly without being judged or rushed. I offer a calm, supportive space to slow things down, sort through what’s been weighing on you, and figure out what you need next. Working together can look like having steady support, gaining practical ways to cope with day-to-day stress, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that feel grounded and capable, even when things are tough. If you’re curious about getting started, I’d be glad to connect. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if this feels like a good fit.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is mostly about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you in, a bit about your background, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my biggest strengths is helping people feel comfortable and truly cared about. I’m genuinely curious about people and their stories, and with over 14 years of experience, I bring a laid-back approach, a lot of empathy, and a good sense of humor to our work together. I meet people where they are and create a space that feels safe enough to open up, while still supporting real growth and change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m especially drawn to working with people who are going through hard things—grief, anxiety, major life changes, or chronic illness. If life feels heavy or you’re not sure what comes next, I’m here to help. I work best with people who want a safe, low-pressure space to talk honestly about what they’re carrying, at their own pace.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Feeling stuck in painful thoughts or emotions? ACT helps you make space for those feelings instead of fighting them—so you can focus on what truly matters to you. Rather than trying to "fix" or avoid discomfort, ACT teaches you how to live more fully in the present moment, build psychological flexibility, and take meaningful steps toward your values. Together, we’ll work on accepting what’s out of your control and committing to actions that lead to a richer, more fulfilling life.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person-Centered Therapy is a gentle, supportive approach that puts you at the heart of the healing process. Rooted in empathy, respect, and authenticity, this therapy helps you explore your feelings, gain clarity, and reconnect with your inner strength. As your therapist, I won’t give you advice or tell you how to feel. Instead, I’ll listen deeply, hold space for your experiences, and walk alongside you as you uncover your own answers and build confidence in who you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or life transitions, Person-Centered Therapy offers a compassionate path toward self-discovery and healing—at your own pace.

Narrative

Let's work together to change any negative internal stories you tell yourself!

Existential

Existential therapy is a type of talk therapy that focuses on the big questions of being human—meaning, freedom, responsibility, isolation, and mortality. Instead of trying to “fix” you, it helps you explore how you make choices, how you relate to others, and what gives your life meaning. The goal is to help you live more authentically, with greater awareness and responsibility for your own life
