Leiana Reyes
As a compassionate and solution-focused family therapist, I work closely with children, adolescents, families and individuals navigating life 's transitions, challenges, and emotional struggles. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and practical tools that foster growth and healing.
I believe in focusing on strengths, not problems, and work collaboratively with children, adolescents, and individuals to build on what's already working.
I provide a supportive space where clients feel safe to open up, explore new perspectives, and move confidently toward meaningful, and lasting change.
First session
In our first session, my focus is on creating a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. You can expect me to listen without judgment, ask questions to better understand your experience, and begin identifying strengths and possible paths forward. This initial session is about building trust, setting a foundation, and helping you feel supported as we begin this journey toward meaningful changes
