About me

My name is Christine Hayes and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Expert Certified Laughter Leader. As a licensed therapist, I believe in empowering you as an individual and/or your family to be the best it can be and enjoy your journey along the way. I look forward to working with you and teaching you ways to increase your happiness. I want to empower you by assisting you in building your strengths, reframing thoughts, and accomplishing the dreams you have for yourself and others.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, I will gather information and get to know you and what you are currently struggling with in your journey. We will discuss goals for your therapy sessions including 10 years from now how you would see this counseling as helpful and few months from now how you would feel like this counseling is beneficial and that you want to continue attending your sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a positive person who believes that there is light at the end of the tunnel, we just have to be able to recognize it. I am an encourager and empower clients to be the best version of themselves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with individuals that are struggling with depression, anxiety, or anger. My clients are not happy with themselves and/or their relationships and are looking for ways to build their self esteem, conquer feelings of overwhelm/stress, feel a sense of relief, and see positives in themselves or their current circumstances. Sometimes, even get to a place where they can experience the freedom of forgiveness in themselves or others.
