First session
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions and discuss your expectations for therapy. We will also explore your current challenges and what an ideal outcome would look like for you. This will help me understand your goals and how I can best support you in our future sessions.
Strengths
A strong therapeutic relationship is essential to one's progress. I aim to create a nonjudgmental space, as I believe we are never truly alone in our experiences. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate life with resilience and confidence. I bring a warm, authentic approach to both my work and life, guided by empathy, directness, and openness—qualities that are key to building trust.
Ideal clients
As your therapist, I create a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself and move at your own pace. I’m here to help you explore your thoughts and emotions, build practical tools, and work toward meaningful change. I support clients with goal setting, relationship challenges, life transitions, and experiences like anxiety and depression. I use a blend of approaches—including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy—tailored to what matters most to you. I believe in your resilience and your ability to grow. Together, we can work on building insight, setting healthy boundaries, improving communication, and navigating life’s challenges in ways that feel aligned with who you are.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I help individuals understand the interconnectedness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while also fostering greater self-awareness.
