We can work toward long-term healing rather than temporary relief by exploring these underlying factors. I aim to support you in building resilience and self-awareness, allowing you to gain a deeper sense of well-being. I am passionate about this work because I know how hard it can be to open up about life’s challenges. Helping others find peace, strength, and healing is truly meaningful to me, and I am honored to be part of this process with each client. I am also passionate about being an EMDRIA-trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.
