Hi, I work with children and adolescents. I have worked with a spectrum of different types of disorders for many years. Many of the clients with whom I work experience anxiety, depression, or other disruptions in mood or behavior. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is a therapeutic approach that has been proven effective through scientific research. I use play therapy and other client centered approaches to empower clients as they embark on their personal journey. Together we can foster change. The decision to begin therapy is a brave one! I provide a safe space where clients feel supported.

Clients will be able to share what the are expecting out of the therapy process as well as what they are struggling with. The first session will be getting to know each other and setting up what will work best for them.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have worked with children and adolescents in all types of settings, out-patient facilities, group homes, residential settings and school settings. I am a very patient soft spoken clinician that works where my client is.

Children or adolescents who are struggling socially, in school or within their interpersonal relationships. Ideally working with someone who wants to make changes and grow is a great start! Sometimes just starting and working on the path together will help the client get motivated to do the work. I have been able to work with clients that are struggling to even begin the process but are so happy that they did it.
