Hello and Welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I have received my Masters and Doctorate from California School of Professional Psychology. I help adults and children struggling with mental health concerns and addictions to improve various aspects of their life, such as interpersonal relationships, and employment.

First session
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a specific plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
Having worked with adults and children with Severe and Persistent Mental Disorders the last 6 years, I have been able to help clients identify and understand the root causes of their challenges and create a collaborative plan with results we can track and measure.
Ideal clients
I truly enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities. My clients usually become inspired and hopeful and they respond well to my strength-based positive approach. Many come in broken and without hope. But they are often able to bring about change with strategies which they can apply immediately.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT can help people recognize unhelpful ways of thinking and change them. Over the last ten years, I have used this evidence-based approach to help clients overcome things like limiting beliefs, which allows for positive change and healing.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion regulation has been used to help clients to feel better and do better.
Gender-affirming therapy
Helping youth and adults in all phases of transition and development.
Couples Counseling
Helping couples with commications issues, recovery from infidelity, other couples challenges
Family Therapy
Using as Family Systems approach, helping families dealing with chronic illness, hospice, blending, separation.
