I work best with adults ages 18–64 who are seeking individual therapy and want practical support for navigating anxiety, depression, and life stress. Many of the clients I serve are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, or struggling to cope in ways that feel effective and sustainable. I also support clients working through anger, self-esteem concerns, and relationship or peer-related challenges. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building healthier coping strategies for daily life. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on meaningful change that can be applied outside of session.
