About me
I am a bilingual, client-centered, culturally responsive, trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I aim to create a genuine, safe, and supportive space for growth and healing. I show up authentically and am compassionate with my clients. I use somatic-based techniques, mindfulness, and other trauma-informed modalities. I am trained in EMDR, Parts & Memory, TF-CBT, Brainspotting, and CPT. I am currently only taking telehealth clients.

I feel like my biggest strength as a provider is providing a decolonized space for my clients and showing up compassionately.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I enjoy working with teens, adults, and relationships. My clients are looking to start their healing journey with a clinician who is willing to walk alongside them and provide unconditional support. My ideal client is ready for change and wants to have a better understanding of themselves.

My treatment methods
EMDR
I have completed both trainings and am currently actively receiving consultation. I use EMDR for clients who are open to using an approach that's different from traditional talk therapy, including clients who experience anxiety, depression, or PTSD.
Eclectic
I consider myself an eclectic therapist because I enjoy mixing different modalities. I am person-centered and feel like a "one-size-fits-all" approach is not always helpful for our clients.
