I'm a licensed therapist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, burnout, and relationship concerns. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. Sessions are a supportive place to process your thoughts and emotions with curiosity and without judgment. You do not have to carry life's challenges and transitions alone. If you're ready to get started, I invite you to book a session.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting working relationship. I'll ask questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, what you'd like support with, and what goals feel most important right now. You're welcome to share at your own pace, and there's no pressure to tell your whole story right away. We'll also discuss what future sessions may look like and address any questions you have, so you leave with clear next steps for our work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space and working collaboratively to help you find clarity and direction. Clients often share that they feel genuinely seen and heard. I bring empathy, honesty, and encouragement to each session while helping you build on your strengths and move toward meaningful progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support adults seeking greater balance, insight, and resilience in their daily lives. I work especially well with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, we'll work together to identify what's getting in the way, build practical coping strategies, and create a path forward that feels manageable and sustainable.
