Hello! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Virginia. I'm originally from New York and received my Masters from Long Island University in Brooklyn. I have been practicing since 2016 and I am passionate about helping adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety and depression become the best version of themselves. My goal is to help my clients build the tools necessary to navigate their lives.

CBT is utilized to help identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop coping skills to manage issues like anxiety, depression and even addiction. Its a goal oriented approach with evidence based techniques.
ACT is utilized to help develop flexibility by allowing thoughts and feelings without judgement while commiting to behaviors aligned with core values to live a more fulfilling life despite life's adversity.
