About me

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist supporting children, adolescents, and their families through challenges of emotion dysregulation, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflicts. I assist clients in living values driven lives through skill building, processing, and support. I use a DBT and CBT framework to assist clients in implementing practical skills to work towards their goals, improve their mood, and strengthen relationships. I provide a warm, empathetic, and compassionate space that meets you right where you are.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session I will focus on getting to know you, identifying key therapy goals, and starting to build a strong foundation for our work together. I will ask some questions to better understand how I can best support you, and move towards a steady, consistent therapeutic relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use a balance of both a listening ear and a cheerleader. I often connect with clients through humor and joy that can help lessen the heaviness of growing up and entering adulthood. I bring significant experience working with teens and their families enduring crisis, relational challenges, and general growing pains. I'm passionate about integrating family support in therapy, and feel honored to walk alongside families as they grow together.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I'm most qualified to support children, teens, young adults, and families who are experiencing relational conflict, emotion dysregulation, depression, and anxiety. I feel confident in guiding adolescents through challenges with school, friends, parents, and identity. I take a nonjudgmental approach, and can understand what it's like to experience growing pains. I can support teenagers, but also their parents in navigating the transition from childhood to adolescence. I also love to work with young adults who are transitioning out of adolescence and moving into new identities and roles.
