I am a licensed mental health counselor, and my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable exploring the challenges in your life. I believe in working alongside you in a collaborative way, listening with care, and helping you discover strategies that fit your unique needs and goals. My hope is that our time together feels both encouraging and empowering.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a safe, comfortable space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. I’ll ask questions about your background, what brought you to therapy, and any goals or concerns you’d like to address. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn about my approach, and see how we might work together. My goal is to ensure you leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps in your journey

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I combine compassionate listening with practical tools and techniques that help clients manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions while building resilience and self-understanding.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients who are ready to explore and grow, as well as those who may feel unsure or hesitant about therapy. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can reflect on your thoughts and feelings, uncover patterns, and take steps toward greater balance, resilience, and self-understanding—at a pace that feels right for you
