About me

You deserve to be the best functioning version of you. Navigate the journey to courage while feeling empowered and supported working through animal assisted psychotherapy, play therapy, and expressive art therapy. I also provide ADHD and executive function coaching services, ADHD assessment. Special interest in LGBTQ+ issues, such as gender exploration, relationship counseling, sexual health and sex-related topics. While I primarily work with adults, I do still accept children for therapy. Specialities including attachment based trauma training, specialization in foster care/adoption/reunification, ADHD/neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, stress management, LGBTQ+. I work from a strength based, primarily person-centered perspective with CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal Theory infusion. I also provide ADHD and executive function coaching services, ADHD assessment. Therapeutic services can look different for each person because we all walk different paths. That being said - our goals are all the same - to be the best functioning individual we can - whatever that looks like to us. I can’t wait to walk alongside you in your journey and show you what I know you’re capable of.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Sessions can take place via Telehealth, in person at my home office, or on our scenic, farm in the presence of nature, horses, and more. All modalities and methods can be catered to your chosen therapy location. Currently equine sessions are offered on Tuesdays at 5231 Diehl Road, Mohnton, PA 19540. In person sessions are now offered Wednesdays, Fridays at my office at 428A Main Street, Mohrsville, PA, 19541. I can answer any questions you may have about experiences at various locations.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am able to think outside the box which enables me to work with you collaboratively to come up with what works best for you. I will walk alongside you and support you in discovering your strengths that I know already exist. In fact, we often forgot "the box" exists - enabling therapy to look like whatever works best for you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Therapeutic change has the best chance of occurring if certain conditions are present -empathy, unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and being there to support while our clients discover the strength you've always carried. Change isn't linear and progress is the goal, not perfection.
