I have found Internal Family Systems to be the most effective and efficient therapeutic technique for many people. It has definitely led to huge improvements for many of the people I work with.

I have extensive experience treating people with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have extensive experience in grief. I work with both individuals and couples. I work well with results-oriented clients who want a proven therapeutic framework with which to address their problems. I specialize in Internal Family Systems work, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and practical coping skills. I am licensed in both New York and California.
