I especially love working with empaths and highly sensitive women in their 20’s and 30’s! My jam is helping empathic and highly sensitive (HSP) women navigate life transitions, narcissistic abuse, mindset, self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, boundary setting and empowerment.

Always had camera off, was very preachy (often bringing some kind of higher power into conversations), was clearly eating during several sessions, forgot basic information about me.
