(she/her)
I am a licensed bilingual clinical therapist who provides individual therapy for concerns such a depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, anger management , communication difficulties and life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals who have experienced domestic violence and sexual abuse. My approach is collaborative, supportive and grounding in creating a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self.
In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know one another and creating a safe, comfortable space. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges and goals, and any background information that feels relevant. I'll guide us through an intake process at the pace that feels supportive, with the goal of understanding your unique needs and beginning to build a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship.
My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I strive to create a safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I place strong emphasis on building trusting relationship and listening deeply so clients feel understood and supported. I also bring a thoughtful, analytical lens to help uncover patterns and underlying concerns allowing for meaningful and lasting change. I adapt my approach to meet each client's unique needs, whether working with individuals, children, families, or couples. Above all. my passion for helping others and my commitment to continuous learning guide my work and support clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, struggling with self-esteem or insecurities, experiencing anxiety or depression, or coping with the effect of a traumatic or stressful event. I especially enjoy supporting individuals who may not yet have words or a clear starting point, but who are open, curious, and ready to work collaboratively towards understanding and change.

Attachment-based
Through attachment-based therapy, I have supported many parents in rebuilding trust and strengthening their relationships with their children.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT with teens, adults, and children to help them build practical skills for managing depression, anxiety, anger and stress by identifying, challenging and reshaping maladaptive thoughts.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing has been effective in my work with clients experiencing addiction and those managing chronic health conditions such as diabetes, particularly when clients feel ambivalent or unmotivated about making changes.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
In person-centered therapy, I provide a supportive, non judgemental space where clients are free to share their experience without being interrupted or redirected. My role is to listen, support and encourage self-discovery as client explore what hurts and what they need to heal.
