I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship difficulties, and domestic and intimate partner violence. I also have extensive experience working with military service members, veterans, and their families.

Healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to help you navigate life's challenges, overcome emotional barriers, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, providing a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. I use evidence-based therapies to help clients build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Strengths

I believe my professional expertise, combined with my own life experiences, allows me to connect with clients through genuine empathy, understanding, and compassion. I recognize that life isn't always easy, and everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to feel heard and understood. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, but I also believe growth sometimes requires honest conversations and gentle challenges. I meet clients where they are while encouraging them to explore new perspectives, recognize patterns, and take meaningful steps toward positive change. My goal is not just to listen, but to help you move forward.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help individuals process traumatic experiences and identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs that developed as a result of trauma. My approach focuses on reducing trauma-related symptoms, improving emotional well-being, and helping clients develop healthier perspectives about themselves, others, and the world.
