Strengths
I take a mind body approach to therapy. My style is compassionate and nonjudgmental. I am certified in EMDR, a credentialed school counselor with over 10 years of experience counseling students from T-K to college. I M also a 500 hour yoga instructor.
Ideal clients
My ideal client is someone who is ready for change in their life. Someone who is open to seeing their problems from many different perspectives. Someone who is stuck and looking for forward movement in life. I work well with neurodivergent and highly sensitive clients. I also have experience in grief and loss. I have experience as a life and job coach so my focus is on seeing a problem and finding a mind body solution.
