I'm Claudine and I'm looking forward to working with clients who are seeking a positive therapeutic relationship. I'm compassion focused while still pushing clients to do their best and meet their goals. Psycho education is big part of what I include in sessions to help clients understand how the process of therapy works and how my interventions can help you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

First session will be an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss what your goals are and what you want to get out of therapy. This is a chance to see if I am the best therapist for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths include leading with compassion, while also challenging my clients to reach their goals. I am a straight forward support system that will always remind you what your goals are & how to achieve them in and out of therapy. I bring personal experience as someone raised by immigrant parents, growing up biracial in a diverse community, and working with low-income populations.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are those who are serious about making positive changes in their life, are open to feedback and a challenge. I'm a good fit for those who are new to therapy and who are seasoned in their mental health journey. Where ever you are in your healing, I am here to help, listen and support your goals.

My treatment methods

Compassion Focused

I am compassion focused by helping clients develop a kinder, more understanding relationship with themselves, especially when facing shame or self-criticism. Together, we will practice skills to activate your “compassionate mind,” so you can respond to challenges with warmth and balance rather than harsh judgment. This creates space for healing, resilience, and healthier connections.

I’ve held off on leaving a review until I had the opportunity to have at least a few sessions with Claudine. I knew I clicked with Claudine right off the bat, but after I few sessions I can confidently say that she makes me feel comfortable to talk about uncomfortable things and that I’m not being judged. She asks great questions that makes me thinks and helps guide me towards potential solutions.

I appreciate her sharing a bit about herself which made me feel she cares about making a connection to provide a sense of relatability.
