Let's Talk About It Holistic Healing is a compassionate therapy practice dedicated to providing trauma-informed care for both children and adults. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can begin their healing journey, process past experiences, and develop the tools they need to thrive in life. Through a combination of traditional therapy methods and holistic practices, we aim to address the mind, body, and spirit in a comprehensive way. We specialize in helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. Our approach is grounded in understanding that trauma impacts everyone differently, and we tailor our therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. Whether it’s through talk therapy, mindfulness techniques, or integrating alternative healing methods such as yoga and breath work, our goal is to empower clients to reclaim their well-being and move forward with strength and resilience. At Let's Talk About It Holistic Healing, we believe healing is not one-size-fits-all, and we are committed to offering a personalized, holistic approach to therapy that respects the individuality and dignity of every person. Whether you're a child needing guidance in navigating emotions or an adult seeking to overcome past wounds, our team of experienced and empathetic therapists is here to support you every step of the way.

First session

The first session is all about building a foundation of safety, connection, and understanding. We will move entirely at your pace, ensuring you feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the very beginning. While we will discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve, we will look at your life through a holistic lens. This means exploring not just your thoughts and emotions, but how stress or trauma might be showing up physically in your body, as well as your daily rhythms and overall well-being. Toward the end of our time, we will begin sketching out a collaborative, personalized roadmap for your healing. You are the driver of your journey and I am here to guide and support you.

Strengths

My approach is rooted in a deep understanding that trauma impacts everyone differently. My strength is in creating an ultra-safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel deeply seen and pacing is entirely collaborative. I know when to sit quietly and hold space and when to gently empower clients with actionable tools to reclaim their resilience.

Ideal clients

I work best with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. My ideal clients—or their parents—value a holistic, mind-body approach to healing. Whether processing big emotions through play or integrating mindfulness and somatic tools to manage stress, they are dedicated to growth and ready to actively collaborate with me on building lasting resilience and long-term well-being for themselves.

Treatment methods

Somatic

By combining talk therapy with somatic techniques, clients understand why they feel the way they do on an intellectual level and they experience a physical shift. It empowers individuals to move from a state of survival and dysregulation back into a state of safety, ease, and connection.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT in a holistic practice ensures that a client not only has a cognitive shift on paper but that they are integrating that cognitive shift into their nervous system, their daily habits, and their overall well-being.

I originally worked with Jasmine as my couples therapist and am so glad I continued with her individually. She provided the warmth, security, and validation I needed while helping me process my emotions and make important decisions. She is incredibly intelligent, insightful, compassionate, and has such a beautiful spirit. I’m truly grateful for her guidance and support.

The first session went very well. Jasmine was patient and a very good listener. She was thorough with her first intake and with getting to know me. Definitely looking forward to our future sessions!

I am so happy we picked Jasmine, and we got it right the first time! Finding a therapist is so hard and she was very fair, warm, relatable so much more. Me and my husband are very excited for what's coming next. She actually made us excited to learn.
