Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don't have to face it alone. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, stress, or a major life transition, I'm here to help you move forward one step at a time. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience supporting adolescents and families and several years of clinical counseling experience, I've had the privilege of helping people through many different seasons of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, so we'll work together to identify your strengths, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful goals that fit your life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself, gain new insight, and build the confidence to create lasting change. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on the goals that matter most to you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting relationship. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to accomplish. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged about the path ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is creating an environment where clients feel safe, accepted, and comfortable being themselves. I bring warmth, compassion, and genuine curiosity to every session while also offering honest feedback and practical tools you can use in everyday life. I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that recognizes your resilience while helping you develop new ways to navigate life's challenges. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship, and I'm committed to walking alongside you with respect, encouragement, and compassion throughout your journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, and stress, as well as those who simply feel stuck and want to move forward. My years of supporting adolescents and families have shown me that life's challenges often affect many areas at once. Together, we'll look at the bigger picture, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support your emotional well-being, relationships, and personal growth. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or working toward long-term change, I strive to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported every step of the way.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I don't believe there's a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I work collaboratively with each client, using evidence-based techniques that best fit their goals, experiences, and strengths. That's why I use an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed practices to meet your individual needs. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools for managing life's challenges, and create realistic goals that help you move forward with confidence.
