First session

I will gather background information and make sure I have a clear understanding of your presenting problem so we can work towards resolving any unhealthy life patterns you find undesirable.

I take a person centered approach meeting you were you are at. I am also trained in several other approaches and will use the approach that best fits your situation.

I believe the counseling process is a collaborative process. We will work together to uncover your therapy goals. We will explore any past traumas. We will look at irrational verses rational thought patterns. We will identify the problematic areas in your life and work to help you become more productive. We will look at family patterns and identify the ideal family you desire.

I was assigned Natalie as my counselor/therapist & I am extremely pleased, and grateful. I feel I instantly ‘connected’ with her warm, welcoming, and friendly personality. Like we were friendly neighbors checking in w each other. Only met with her a few times, but I already feel very comfortable & at ease talking w her. She listens, and when she does speak, she 100% gets exactly what I was ‘trying’ to say, and tells/offers exactly what I didn’t know I needed to hear. So happy to be here.
