My name is Jennifer and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 19 states with 20 plus years in the healing profession. I provide therapy to individuals, couples and groups. I have extensive experience tailoring my therapeutic approach to meet client's where they are at. I honor and respect your vulnerability in the counseling process. Emotional work you do in your life will be very rewarding. Compassion and psychological insight is the hallmark of my practice. The modalities I utilize in my practice are psychodynamic, client-centered, humanistic, DBT and DBT respectively. I interweave approaches to learn what feels like the best fit for your unique needs. I hope to be a part of your journey.
The first session is for both of us to learn more about each other. My goal is for you to feel emotionally safe sharing what is comfortable on this first day. Also, for you to learn more about my approach and how it feels to you. I will check in about how you feel things are going for you.
My greatest strengths as a provider are my intuitive nature, patience, meeting people at their comfort level and extensive amount of experience. Also, I am fascinated my the emotional aspect of people's lives and the growth process. Therapy is truly my calling.

Jennifer is truly a blessing for me. I met her through couples therapy and immediately enjoyed her counseling style, her conflict resolution, and her authenticity and allowing space to feel and understand specific emotions. I got extremely lucky that I found the right fit the first time around. Jennifer is caring, authentic, and takes time to learn about the person and how to best help them depending on the specific person. Jennifer is incredible at her job! 5 stars!!
