(she/her)
Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I enjoy working with adults across the lifespan who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with a focus on creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Together, we explore your experiences while building practical skills to manage overwhelming emotions, strengthen coping strategies, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and inner peace.
In our first session, I will introduce myself and ask you some brief questions in order to understand your situation better. We will then discuss goals for therapy and hopes for future sessions.
I offer a safe, comfortable space where you can express yourself freely and explore your experiences without judgment. I put an emphasize on your strengths and help create a path towards healing and resilience.
I enjoy working with adults navigating meaningful life transitions, including changes in education, career, relationships, and sense of identity. I also support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief, offering a compassionate and grounded space to process difficult experiences and foster resilience. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with postpartum mothers as they adjust to the emotional, physical, and relational shifts that come with new parenthood.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I've used mindfulness based therapy for the past 6 years with a range of clients to help increase awareness of their thoughts, actions and feelings in order to facilitate change. Mindfulness therapy can also help with focusing on the present moment by using meditation or breathing exercises.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I've recently begun to incorporate ACT into my practice. Through ACT, I support clients in developing a more accepting relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions, while gaining clarity around their core values and committing to meaningful, values-driven changes.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I've been using CBT in my practice for the past 6 years. Through CBT, I help clients become more aware of their thought patterns in a nonjudgmental way, and understand how these patterns influence their emotions and behaviors.
