About me
Hello, I am an LSCW in Kentucky with multiple years of experience working with those who struggle with addiction, grief, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety and depression. You will find in me, an empathetic therapist with a passion to help others navigate their way through the struggles that seem impossible to overcome. I have worked with individuals and groups in outpatient and inpatient environments. I have a firm faith in Christ and will bring that love, mercy and compassion into our therapeutic relationship. I received my MSW from Campbellsville University and recently became a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. It is my goal to bring you into a place that is safe, and nonjudgmental.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize
Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, Person-Centered, Problem-Solving, Solution-Focused, and Narrative practice models. I also use techniques from motivational interviewing, psycho-education, and mindfulness/meditation. We will use what works best for you. YOU are the expert in our sessions. I am here to help you discover the "best" you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My biggest strength is my ability to show tough love while being empathetic. I do a good job of helping others find solutions, they are unaware they have, to their issues.
