There are about 8 billion people on the planet. That means that there can be an abundance of variety from person to person. It is about becoming the expert on yourself. It is about paying attention to what your body tells you and learning how you respond to things. We will work as a team to help create and reach your goals. I work with a variety of issues such as anxiety/phobias, depression, sexual dysfunction, communication issues, and military trauma.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
You will be talking more than I will. I want to learn about your struggles, strengths, what you have tried before, and your vision of your future. And just letting you know that I do use real pom-poms.

I will meet you where you are. I will challenge you as needed. I am solution, focused, and give homework to make the most of our time together. I care about providing a safe place. I speak plainly, I am transparent, dedicated, and straightforward in not only my language, but also my actions.

I work mostly with adults. I have worked with couples, veterans, and families. You came for change and that’s what I want to help you do. I tend to work with a wide range of adult changes, life transitions, and personal growth. Basically, helping people to navigate life‘s challenges.
