Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, work on building a rapport as we discuss the client's presenting issues/symptoms. A Biopsychosocial assessment will be conducted and consents will be signed. In addition, during the first session fees, expectation for therapy, and agency policies will be reviewed and signed.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I assist my clients with finding clarity, solutions, and identifying the cause of their struggles. My sessions may include practicing various techniques together, meditations, calming and mindfulness techniques. My services act as a guide to guide the client to their inner thoughts then assisting with managing those thoughts. Some things just don’t make sense, but there is power in knowledge. I am here to guide you to finding your inner power. Be prepared to Evolve into a better you. The hardest step is taking the first step. I am compassionate and empathetic with my clients. I look forward to helping you Evolve into a better you! I like to tell my clients that they are the driver and I am their passenger assisting them with navigating life. My experience consists of working with children, adolescents, young adults, middle aged, older adults, and couples. In addition, I have experience working with a diverse population with a broad range of ages and backgrounds. More specifically, I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with Personality Disorders, PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

i do not have an ideal client. I meet clients where they are, and assist them with arriving to where they want to be. Therapy is more effective when the client is open and willing to process difficult things that they may have been suppressing. Not everyone, is there yet, and that's alight. I am able to help them navigate those barriers.
