Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m a therapist who is here to help you take control of your own life, with empathetic and straightforward guidance. You have the answer inside you; sometimes it just takes someone helping move away the clutter. We will work together to uncover old patterns and beliefs that have been holding you back from being your true self.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will have a relaxed, open discussion in which we talk a little about what brings you in...your family, your friends, your relationships, your goals..all the things that make you, you! If we both feel it's a good match and I'm able to serve you, we go from there. A therapeutic relationship is important for a good outcome, so always make the decision best for you!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I want to meet each person where they are, not where I want them to be. While I subscribe to some methods, I truly believe that each person is an individual and that different individuals may benefit from different theories...but mostly we are just having a conversation!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have been known to best serve LGBTQ+, minority, deconstructualized, 21-60 year old women, non-binary people, and open-minded men who are struggling with boundaries, transitions, breakups, family dysfunction, depression, anxiety, attachment, and are currently struggling under the current weight of the world.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Sometimes our emotions and thoughts get so tangled up that it all feels too overwhelming to even start. In my practice I use CBT, as well as other methods, to lay everything out on the table so we can untangle what we need and get to the healing!

Rachel is the therapist I've been looking for. She's direct and isn't afraid to call me out when I'm off the right track. She gives great advice, and has helped me through a very difficult time using both structure and humor. I look forward to every session.

I've been with Rachel for a couple of years now and with her help I've been able to essentially rebuild my life. its been an incredible journey that I travel everyday, And with her help I have changed tremendously. It is an amazing talent she possesses to be able to take the concepts in my mind, and transform them into useful inputs into how I, as a person operate day to day.
