First session
Our first session will consist of getting to know each other and identifying areas that you would like to focus on in therapy.

My approach combines cognitive behavioral theray, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR and motivational interviewing to target and challenge negative and irrational thoughts that create unwanted behaviors.
