Feeling down, unmotivated or flat? Are you disengaging in previously pleasurable activities leaving you feeling unmotivated and anxious? Through a collaborative partnership, I can help you lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life, helping to reduce anxiety and boost problem solving all from the comfort of your living room! I utilize a client centered, solution focused approach, through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing interventions to help reduce anxiety and depression and promote wellbeing. I have had success working with crisis intervention and trauma informed care to help a variety of clients’ ranging from minor disturbances to significant impairment. Through my eclectic approach, I can treat a wide range of client needs. My experience stems from working with individuals, young adults and couples who struggle to overcome anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment disorders and substance use disorders. Whatever the issue, I can be of service to offer an empathetic, patient centered level of care that will meet your needs.
n our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to achieve. My approach is solution-focused and CBT-based, meaning we’ll explore practical strategies to help you move forward while also addressing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Expect a supportive, goal-oriented conversation where we clarify your concerns, identify strengths, and start mapping out small, actionable steps. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to provide you with tools that create meaningful change—both in and outside of our sessions.
As a therapist, I take a collaborative and supportive approach, working alongside you to navigate challenges while building on your strengths. I believe that therapy should be an open and reinforcing space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My focus is on helping you recognize and use your existing strengths to create solutions that align with your goals. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies that foster growth, resilience, and lasting change.
I provide therapy for adults 18 and older, including seniors, who are looking for support in navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I offer a collaborative and strengths-based approach to help you build resilience and create meaningful change.

Stephen is a real listener and compassionate. He always has a kind word of encouragement and uplifting feel about him. He’ll let you run the show while also bringing real support and development in his sessions. I can give him a true 5/5 stars
