About me

Everyone has their own story and their own needs, but I like to use a solutions focused approach. I know that you are the expert on your own life and look forward to working hard with you towards an incorporated self with a full toolbelt of positive coping skills and self-knowledge. I bring warmth, creativity, and a sense of humor into the room, because therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. If you’re ready to feel a little lighter—and a lot less alone—let’s get started.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a queer Asian neurodivergent woman, I understand how isolating it can feel to move through systems and relationships that fail to fully see you. I bring a relational, identity-affirming approach to therapy that centers curiosity, authenticity, and care. I am especially passionate about supporting queer, neurodivergent, multicultural, and historically marginalized clients in feeling more understood, empowered, and connected to themselves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I treat individuals ranging from ages 18-65+. I offer an affirming, safe space for people who identify as POC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent to explore their identities and deconstruct their own narrative within the larger lens of society. I also specialize in those working through trauma who are ready to start learning about themselves and rebuild their foundation. I work best with people who are interested in identifying new skills and practical next steps to help themselves grow.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

I have worked with clients experiencing PTSD for 5+ years and bring trauma informed care into every aspect of my therapy

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have been trained in DBT, and love using teaching its skills, especially mind-body work and dialectics

Gender-affirming therapy

I have worked with queer and trans communities my entire career, and am a huge believer in providing gender affirming therapy even and especially when gender is not the main focus of the therapy

Mind-body approach

We aren't brains in jars, I love providing ways to reconnect with our bodies
