Decisions and deadlines do not wait, but support is here to help you navigate. The consequences of decisions do not wait for preparation or readiness. Age does not determine how hard life can be, nor does it assess reality. Whether you are age 5 or 95, waking up each day and continuing life’s journey can be challenging. Seeking support can make this journey easier, and I am here to help you through it. I believe life’s tools are within us: self-actualization, self-trust, coping strategies, and the willingness to grow. My biggest strength, or the area I focus on most, is asking the right questions. Sessions will be used to ensure we focus on what is important to you, respecting your pace and readiness. Often, people come into sessions trying to work on things others have told them are problems. Are they a problem for you? Are they your priority? Is there something you need to work through before you can address what others are concerned about? I think we should explore that.
